28mm Terrain Valve for drinking straw/pipe

Drinking straws are often used as pipes for industrial terrain. I'm working on some refinery terrain and decided that I wanted some valves on the pipes. This was designed initially for 5.6mm straws, but after getting a drink at a place nearby, I discovered that the diameter needs to be pushed out to 6.2mm
