3M 8686 4mm fiber lock

Locks a 4mm fiber cable going in to a 3M Wall Outlet 8686. It works by trapping the cable in the middle. Use a zip tie to ensure that the cable gets locked properly. Will probably lock smaller cables as well.

This is something I quickly sketched up after accidentally ripping the cable out of the box.
