Ender 3 Control Box for original Board / TL-Smoother Plus / Mosfet / 2x relay

I've made different changes:
- aligned the position of some screwholes to fit better
- option to screw the box on the y-axis extrusion
- removed some mm onto the backside to fit better on printers with just a 220x220 print bed
- added some cable holders onto the tl-smoother holder
