V2 Geeetech A10M / A20M extruder dampeners (TPU)

This dampener reduces the noise emitted by the extruders by 3-6dB:

This is an updated version of the first model:
- Removed the need to use M3 screws and T-nuts
- Made the part easier to print (no supports needed)
- Overall less screws / nuts needed
- Minimized extruder movement

Installation: You'll need two M4 nuts to fasten the extruder to the part.
