8mm Smooth Rod for 2020 Kossel Frame

Use 8mm Smooth Rod for Mini Kossel , instead using Rail. Fit for 2020 frame.
A little modify for mming1106.

For mming106 version , the 8mm rod can be completely pass though.
My version is for install at the bottom of the 8mm rod and fix the height.

For each tower , you should need :
1) 8mm rod x 2 (46cm long)
2) LM8UU x 2
2) top printed parts x 1 (8mm_Axis_mount2.STL , from mming1106 version)
3) bottom printed parts x1 (8mm_Axis_m
