A Torii is an instantly recognizable Japanese symboll and takes the shape of a gate. Inspired by this, we created the shape of our lamp. Recreating a feeling of walking through a gate, because of its smaller space in the middle of the design. The symmetry, combined with the shadows and geometry, are key in our lamp.
