Filament reel support for Creality CR10/S

Not having much desk space for a bearing supported filament reel tray, but I wanted to improve on the original single plastic spigot from Creality, which was causing changes in tension.

This provides a spindle onto which a bearing supported mandrel is sat. One end of the mandrel has a cone (like the tyre balancing machines) to self centre the reel, and a loose cone is placed on the other side and kept in place by a flanged collet on thee mandrel threads.
