Revised Cam Lock Design mod 2-1

This is a total redesign of my previous cam lock https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3373433
It is single entry and the cam has been modified to have a thumb notch for releasing the line.
I used 3mm perspex for the sides and 6mm for the cam and cam plate.
Bolts are 3x15mm with nylon lock nuts.
