R9 Mini and R9 MM Antenna Holder

This is a remix of a remix! simfender remixed the original file by extending the tubes to about 150mm total length to accommodate the length of the antennae for R9minis and R9mm. I remixed his by connecting the two halves with a "living hinge" to facilitate installation. I've toyed with including pins on some designs to hold the two sides together, but did not include them in the model as I find it easier to just slip heat shrink over it instead!
