Parametric case for Raspberry Pi + PiCap LED

This is a modification of the original case to accomodate a [PiCap LED control hat](https://www.pixelcontroller.com/store/index.php?id_product=47&controller=product) for the Raspberry Pi.

Main modifications include:
* Increasing the overall height to accomodate the hat
* Adding openings for the LED control ports, DMX and power
* Ventilation slots (not shown in photo)

When printing, do separate the connected meshes and make sure both are dropped to the print bed (I'll do this eventually
