Ender 3 Duet Wifi & Ethernet Case

Just another re-mix of different ideas from different boxes.

I wanted pasive cooling, so no fans for duet board.

Use with a clone fysetc duet wifi board, MCU temps don´t go higher that printing PLA wtih a 50ºC bed and 190ºC nozzle, and 100 mm/seg.

I uploaded also my config.json file so you can use it.
