Pulley generator with hex hole and hub holes support (useful in FRC)

Based on [Parametric Pulley Library](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2136539) which in turn was based on [Parametric Pulley](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:16627), this tweak to the old pulley generator adds support for hexagonal holes with chamfer and an array of round holes in a pattern (common on hubs). The creation of this was inspired by [this FRC-focused GT2 pulley collection](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3333938).
