This design Does not make additional noise when fan is working, but still protect the blades.
there is 3 different versions with 2 different thickness as follow:
1. 3 spikes- 1.2mm thickness / 1.8mm thickness
2. 4 spikes - 1.2mm thickness/1.8mm thickness
3.5 spikes -1.2mm thickness/1.8mm thickness

1.2mm thickness is around 1 gram
1.8mm thickness is around 1.8-1.9 grams
