Customizable Second Life Mug

I love the idea of the Second Life Mug, but it doesn't fit my jars. So I made it Customizable, and added measurements for narrow and wide mouth canning jars. (Also called "Ball" or "Mason" jars).

Please post comments with feedback, and with measurements for other jars so that I can add them to the list to pick from.
