Ever had issues installing recessed spots in Gyproc?
This inserts solves the issue that Gyproc is to weak for the clamps and tends to frazzle.
As well this inserts enable you to reduce the size of the hole, i.e. if you change to a smaller spot size.
Just glue the insert in the hole for the recessed spot and it should be stabilized and as well you have the appropiate diameter for your current spot size.
The customizer allows you to generate inserts for your needs.
