Nano-W Esk8 nano remote mod

This is a modification to the cheap reliable Nano remote for electric skateboard. It uses everything from a stock nano remote and should fit easily.

Upgrades:
* 2000 mAh lipo
* added boosted board like Deadman Trigger (optional)
* Bigger thumb wheel for longer throw and more precise control

Thing you need:

* 3x 16mm M3 screws

(for Deadman switch mod):
* 22 gauge wire
* 2x 10k
