25mm round base movement tray x 8

I recently had a request for my movement tray to be sized down for 8 bases.

I also just switched to Inventor so I thought I would get some practice in it by making a new movement tray from scratch.

I haven't had a chance to print one out yet though as I have a few other things on my (build) plate.
