This is a spring-loaded main body of a 338 cabinet slider. My cabinet had two at the top of one door, and both were broken. Replacements can be bought online. Typical replacements have a very thin plastic spine that holds the slider (the part that pops up) in place.
The pictures here show the original (broken) in black, and the replacement in white.
The main body holds the slider in a channel. The slider has wings that can be very gently bent outward with some heat applied at the joint. There is a spring that pushes the slider up in the channel until the wings hit their limit, thus keeping the slider from popping out vertically. That spring is about 5.25mm OD, 14mm long, uncompressed.
The button loads atop a spring in the slider's front. That spring is about 4.8mm OD, 14mm long, uncompressed. Note that the flat on the button is meant to be on the "up" side.
The lid is held to the main shell using two small screws.
The top of the slider holds 4mm OD metal pin. It
