Mine looks a bit ugly because I printed it on the lowest quality / fastest settings.
RECOMMENDED: Print it in HTPLA and then bake it (according to your HTPLA's guidelines) so it can withstand the high temps of the dishwasher without melting.

Really you can do whatever works for you. I printed mine at a layer height of 0.4mm with a 0.8mm nozzle. I probably could have filled in gaps a little better but I just wanted something quick that would do the job.
