Front cover for Yaskawa AC Drive- V1000,variable frequency drive (VFD) models BA0002 (0.37kW) and BA0003 (0.75kW).
As per the original manufacturers part, it is to prevent your fingers from coming in contact with the terminals where the angry pixies live!
The bottom left corner of this cover is profiled to allow access to the mounting screw.
