Rogue XM-43M Drop Mount

The original pull-up bar mounting height on most power racks is at the very top of the rack, usually around 96". This makes the bar inaccessible to short lifters, or lifters doing weighted pull-ups. It also doesn't allow for any headroom with your average height ceilings.
