Ender-5 BLTouch Mount

Since there was no other BLTouch mount for the Ender-5 I remixed one for CR-10, I used Tinkercad so sorry for the model's not phenomenal quality but hey, it gets the job done.
Just add one washer per BLTouch screw and you should be all set.

I'm also uploading Marlin 1.1.9 configuration - which I edited starting from Kevin Lau's version that I downloaded from the Facebook group.
I preserved SD Card functionalities and obviously all thermal protections - I was inspired by this video by Teachi
