Ender 3 Extruder Cable Clip used with Direct Extrusion Mod

After printing the [ENDER 3 / CR-10 Direct Extrusion Mount](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3369418) I raised my nozzle to the very top right and everything reached well enough. This should help ensure that the extruder ribbon cable won't catch on anything if I ever do try to print something that tall.

The version I printed didn't have the screw holes, so if those need tweaking please let me know. It seems to hold well enough without screws, but we'll see.
