RSE-2 / 1.75mm Bowden-Extruder

My remix and print of this very well designed extruder. My German is very rusty and I'm still relatively new to OpenSCAD so it took some head-scratching to tweak the design to fit my needs. The hobbed drive I have is slightly larger than the one in the SCAD file so I shifted the path of the filament by 0.5mm to fit the slightly larger diameter drive. I also made changes to be able to use a PC4-M10 coupler and also to allow the pass-through tube to fit into the body. The bearing is a 608ZZ.
