Volcano Nimble Blower Fan Bracket

This was made from scratch but follows the same concept as the original bracket but modified for the Zesty Nimble 1.0 remote extruder and mounting plate for the Smart Effector. The nice thing is that I designed this to be pressure fit between the Nimble bracket and the smart effector PCB. Also, I've added the nut slot on the top and made both to handle an M4 nut and screw just big enough to go through the blower and nut so it doesn't interfere with the PCB when mounting.
