"Universal" Ball Bearing Spool Holder

This is a remix of the top mount spool holder that I made for my MP mini delta. I actually made this on the MP Maker Pro Mk1. The filament reels don't exactly turn smoothly on the stock holder of the MK1, and this part assures that the spool turns smoothly regardless of how much weight is on it. Additionally, the original spool holder didn't fit several of the wider reels that I tried, so this fixes that too.
