CR-10s MKS Gen 1.4 adapter

I wanted to try upgrading my CR-10s4 and went with a MKS Gen 1.4 board. Discovering that the screw patterns are different from the original CR-10s board, I created a bolt in adapter which would allow me to try the new board without having to make too many modifications and still leave room for the original fan mount.

Comes with:
- main adapter frame
- 4 6mm standoffs
- a template for marking the new USB hold for the MKS Gen 1.4 board
