Petsfang Light with Fan Guard

I liked the idea of putting an LED light on the [Petsfang duct](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2759439), but I wanted a fan guard as well. This part will sit on the front of the fan and can be attached with the same 3mm screws that hold the fan in place.
