"Clipper" collectors tower

This is a turnable "Clipper" presenter/holder , and yes , it's stackable
the only things you need is an old rollerblind-aluminium tube (18mm)
and of course your 3D printer (as well as some hot water to get the spacers on tight).

You need these parts per level:
12x clipper clip
1x .clipper clip mount plate2
1x clipper clip spacer

And these once for the whole tower :
3x clipper clip stand leg
1x clipper clip mount2
1x clipper clip spacer top
1x clipper clip cap
