Printrbot Plus Fan Shroud for Z-X Upgrade

After adding the Z-X upgrade to my Plus V2.1, I found the fan to be lower than the print head. When performing auto-level, it would touch the bed, causing inaccurate readings.

I raised the mounting position of the fan slightly, while still using the original mounting holes.

I've included both versions, with and without the duct. Fits the original 40mm fan.
