linear bearing lmk12luu offset spacer z bearing

I'm upgrading my FT-5 R2 for 12mm Z rods, the bearing is taller than stock so I drafted these spacers to raise the bearing 10mm over the build platform preventing the Z bearings from striking the bottom of the printer.

Stock height is 10mm, adjust to your requirements.
