CR-10s Microswiss Hotend cooler 3x 40mm x 10mm Fan with BL-Touch mount

I have upgraded my Hotend to a Microswiss Hotend on my Cr-10s and wanted to mount a BL-Touch sensor for Bed leveling. So I changed some features on this https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3197146 so I can mount the fang directly to the Hotend cooling block and have enough cooling.
