use m3X 20mm long socket head machine screws. got them from mcmaster
i would use a good density on all parts to make them strong.
I use PLA, I "tac" super glue the outer perimeter (corners and a little between corners) of the first layer to disposable painters tape to prevent warping.
I use a m3 40mm long socket head screw for the tensioner.
2hole rail mount is for the sides of the Z motor mount.
I printed all parts at .1mm layer using a .2mm nozzle.
