Etymotic ER4B/P/S Universal Fit

I got the ear mold file from GrabCad: https://grabcad.com/library/mold-for-an-ear-trinota-1
And modified by adding a hole for ER4s.
After some trial and error, this is the best fit for me.
I don't think they change the sound signature much. But they definitely help preventing the ear plugs go too deep into my ears especially when i try to sleep with music.
Please try and feedback how they fit. Just easily put ER4 in the hole then put the tips on.
