Clipper Lighter Keyfob with smaller loop

This is a remix of the [Clipper Lighter Keyfob](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2761596) by TheLastSaxon.

I really liked his design but the loop on it was too big and cumbersome, and made the lighter (slightly) uncomfortable to use, so I decided to make it a little smaller.
It's also much easier to put a key ring on it now.

I also made one where the loop is located on the lower side because I thought it would be even less obstructive that way.
