A Simple target used for GCP (Ground control Point) photogrammetry purpose.
The hole in the target center maybe used to place the Gps Rtk Trimble (or your..) center mast or to be fixed in the ground with a clamp.
You can slice the stl with your favourite slicer then use https://www.prusaprinters.org/color-print/ to modify the Gcode in order for ypur printer to "stop at height" then change you filament color to the desired color..
Starting with white filament then switching to black fila
