Board and Card Game Counter

I really like the look of the counter design that Zukibeast created, but I wanted one that I could use on a number of different games. So I changed the dial so that each side has digits between 0 and 9. That way I can use it for Elder Signs still, but also I can use it for a life counter in Magic The Gathering, instead of spin-down dice, which are a pain if you have a deck that generates extra life.
