Lowrider2 Z Axis Leadscrew knob

This is a simple knob that fits over the Z axis leadscrews of the lowrider2, making it easier to manually move and adjust.

It is threaded, and it is tight and takes a little effort getting it in the first time. I found if I drill the 5mm with an 8mm drill bit, it starts to grab to the threads easier.

I suggest scaling it up to 102% (depending on your printer's tolerances) and see how it fits.
