Crystal bottles to older sodastream machines adapter

Allows to use new glass bottles with old Sodastream machines.
Without any seal, it leaks a bit, but it still works.

**Please be careful, there is some compressed gas hazard ! I recommend strong PLA with great layer adhesion. Mine is made of PolyMax PLA and it works great.**
