Makerbot 'M' logo spool holder (for skinny hole + wider spools)

Makerbot spool holder for fatter/wider spools with skinnier 30-32mm centre holes and 90-100mm wide using the makerbot logo (why not? Complexity is free.. right?).

Didn't really base it on any of the existing spools - so I hope this is an original contribution.

I used the face off the logo from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4390 and the rest was via measuring up the normal spool and a bit of modification to make it strong enough via printing.
