spectacle holder tape mount

Just did a quick patch because I wanted to mount the holder with adesive tape.

so I closed the screw hole (you can drill it open from the back if needed) and made a notch in the back to compensate for the thick tape I used.
Probably a mounting glue or acrylic or silicone could also be used.
Worked great.
