Truck Simulator Switch Panel

This is a rework of my original switch panel https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3386197.

Note: updated the shifter lever 3/12/2019 to strengthen it. Added washers to take out slop created by taking 1mm off width. Print 2 washers. Suggest printing of shifter at 100% infill.

1. Added shift knob
2. Added clamp base
3. Added mounting holes for joystick controller
4. Corrected hole sizes to fit switches better
