3d Touch Sensor Mounting Bracket for Diamond Hotend

This a bracket for mounting the 3d Touch Sensor to the Diamond Hotend bracket that has the tabs for extra attachments.

The goals were to make it adjustable up and down, to allow for variance in the size a little, being able to access the screws, and to try to get it as close to the nozzle as possible while still allowing for adjusting.
