The 623zz bearing is identical in dimensions compared to the MR105z bearing from MarcoZ76's original designs. It just has a 3mm bore instead of a 5mm one. I happened to have 623's lying around so I changed the bearing_holder_slider to use a 16mm M3 bolt.
This works perfectly in my extruder. No change in installation instructions, just use the new slider and a 16mm M3 screw with a square nut like the original design.
