Tapered thread bowden coupling for Grove Mount

Remix to add Grove Mount. Printed in PETG (red) and ColorFabb HT (black).

You will have to edit the SCAD file to point it at the location of the file: VMakerbotTapered_thread_bowden_coupling_PC4-M5_PC4-M6_PC4-M10.stl

I use this .STL file and add the Grove Mount to it.
