Glowforge Exhaust Port Extender

The exhaust port on the glowforge is only about 12.5 mm long, which makes it somewhat challenging to connect and remove an exhaust vent. This is a simple design to extend the exhaust port, while keeping a good seal.

This is designed to be printed on a semi flex filament. I used Sainsmart TPU. A flexible filament is needed because it needs to stretch over the port to make a good seal. You could potentially use PLA, ABS, PETG, etc. but you would need to modify the design (use the customizer) t
