MPCNC dust shoe gantry mount

This is a mount for a dust shoe on MPCNC. This is a gantry mount, so it always stays at the same height, and it doesn't apply forces on the Z.
It fits a 40mm PVC tube. M4 and M5 screws.
My MPCNC is a 525 non burly, I can't test this thing on other versions, please let me know if it works.
I use this dust shoe (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1668687), it works but I have to redesign another better for my use.
