A 60mm wheel designed to mate with 4mm keyed motor shafts (like: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1pc-Brand-New-6V-100-210-300RPM-Encoder-Motor-DC-Gear-Motor/32883349168.html ).

It is a tight fit, screw in the fastener after the wheel is on the motor.
