Slash 4x4 ESC and Receiver Mount for 1/8's scale.

I needed a platform to be able to stick my new 150amp 1/8 scale ESC in.. then there wasn't room for the receiver anymore.

This is my V1 solution.. I may update the receiver platform with a box later.
