SIO2SD Case (for Lotharek V3 SIO2SD)

Nice little snap-together case designed by mylok, when I printed his design the parts
did not snap together, and the buttons wouldn't fit the printed holes, so I worked on
redesigning his three things so that they would fit when printed.
About a 1% increase in the size of the top, and a 10% decrease in the XY size of the
buttons did the trick. (The LCD supports, printed with the buttons, are unchanged in size).

So hopefully you can print the three files at the same size,
